Shipping Information
Kingz offers FREE SHIPPING domestically on all orders over $150, international shipping cost varies according to the final weight and destination of your order.

The chart below shows all the shipping services we offer with their estimated rates and estimated delivery times. Remember that business days do not include weekends and holidays.

*As of late 2015, USPS Priority Mail 2-Day delivery is now 1-3 days, depending on geographical location. Customers located in the San Diego area should expect to receive their order within 1 day; customers located in urban areas should expect to receive it in 2 days; and customers in more rural areas will receive it in 3 days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
Hawaii and Alaska customers also qualify for Free shipping, orders are shipped by USPS.


Canada:
For Flat Rate shipping, please allow 2-3 business for a tracking number to be assigned to your order. A Canada Post tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your order has cleared customs in Canada. All import duties are no longer covered by Fighters Market. Once your tracking number is received, the estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days.


International Shipping 
Kingz currently only ships to select countries, if your country is available for shipping, you will be able to choose it during checkout. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping to your country unless it is selectable at that time.
We offer discounted international rates to virtually any country. Shipping rates starts at just $5.95 to select destinations.
*Delivery time depends on customs processing. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country.

We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders with a subtotal over $150.

Order must meet the $150 cart requirement before taxes, shipping, and any promotional coupons that are applied at checkout.

Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to duties and customs fees that are paid for by the customer and are non-refundable.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Overnight and 2-Day Shipping - Orders will be shipped same day if placed before 12pm (noon). If order is placed after, it will get shipped in the next business day.

Standard shipping - Warehouse processing time takes from 1-3 business days + shipping time 3-4 business days.

***Please be aware that couriers will not deliver on weekends or holidays, so please take this in consideration when placing your order. Delivery times provided above are estimated based on current couriers delivery time. It may vary depending on weather, holidays, and more. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including Holidays.

International Shipping

Most international orders are delivered within 5-10 business days once shipped, but delivery time depends on location and customs processing. 

Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by their country, and if they are not paid when requested, delivery may be delayed. 

***Please keep an eye on your email as there are some instances that we may need further information, or to make an update to your order. We typically request a response within 48hrs.

Domestic Shipping (United States): We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. Order must be $150 before tax and any coupons added. Pricing will vary depending on the size, weight, location and the delivery service requested.

International Shipping: International shipping cost varies according to the weight, size of package and destination of your order. Custom and duty fees are not added to the final price of your order. Customers are responsible for paying custom and duty fees that are charged by their country. We do not reimburse or refund these fees.

*The shipping fee charged is an estimate calculated by our shopping platform, but sometimes the courier will recalculate, and based on weight and size, there might be additional charge. If that happens, we will reach out to your email and let you know.

For an exact shipping cost, you must add item to your cart, insert your address, and at checkout you will be able to see the shipping amount.

Customer service will be unable to provide a shipping estimate.

Worldwide Shipping
Kingz dose ship to most countries, however, there are a few that we are unable to send to from the United States.

The best way to know if our address is eligible for delivery is to add item to your cart and at checkout you will have to input your address.

- If you are unable to select your country from the drop-down menu for your shipping address at checkout, unfortunately we will be unable to ship to you at this time.

- If you are able to select your country, then we can successfully ship your order. Please note that customer and duty fees may apply.

Please note that international shipments delivery time is typically in between 5-10 business days. If you have been waiting for more than 20 days to receive your order, please get in touch with our team to resolve the issue

Kingz does not cover duties and taxes for international shipments outside the U.S. Customers are responsible for paying these fees to clear customs.

Failure to pay customs fees within the carrier's specified timeframe may lead to delivery delays or a return to sender.

If the customs invoice remains unpaid, the order will be returned to sender, and Kingz will issue a refund minus the shipping costs.

Return to Sender

If your order becomes a return to sender, there are a select few options we can offer but we will first need to determine the reason for return.

  • No Fault from Kingz
    • Incorrect Address
    • Delivery Refusal
    • Customs and Duties not paid
    • Pick Up option from shipping company expired

If the fault does not fall onto Kingz, we can offer two options which include to either refund the order minus shipping costs or reship the order at standard shipping rates.

  • Fault of Kingz or Shipping Company
    • Address automatically updated incorrectly in our system
    • Shipping company failed to delivery with correct address 

If the fault is on Kingz or the shipping company, we can offer two options which include to provide a full refund or reship, and shipping costs will be covered.

A Kingz customer service representative will contact you via email once your order arrives at our facility to go over the options. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will typically revert to processing a refund minus shipping costs.

Once your order has been placed and processed for shipment, you will receive a separate email containing the shipping and tracking details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the assigned shipping carrier's tracking page.

Click on the tracking link to view transit updates for your package.

Tracking information will not be immediately available after your order is placed. 

The tracking will be available once our warehouse has processed your order for shipment, which takes about 1 - 3 business days, not including weekends and major holidays as our warehouses and offices are closed.

If tracking states the label has been created with no available information, this means the shipping carrier has not yet picked up your package from our facility.

Return Information

Return Information

Items must be in brand new, resealable condition - the items cannot be used, washed, or trained in and must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

This link above will guide you through all the steps necessary to complete the return/exchange process, along with providing a prepaid return label for US orders only.

The return label that we provide will be given at no additional cost to you but applies ONLY to exchanges and store credit.

Any returns from international orders are only eligible for store credit and refunds.

  • Kingz will not cover or reimburse shipping costs that are paid out of pocket.

- IMPORTANT - A restocking fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund total for returned items that are crumpled and/or do not come in the original packaging (i.e. gi bag, plastic bag, free white belt, and/or no clothing tags).


Return in store

You can visit our physical store in San Diego and present your order confirmation or return packing slip as proof of purchase. 

All items must have the original tags attached, and not been washed, worn or trained in.

Store associates can either provide an in-store exchange, refund, or store credit.


Exchanges

Please allow 5-7 business days (not counting weekends and holidays) for your return to undergo the inspection process. 

Once your item is inspected and approved, you will receive an email notification that your return has been received and processing. 

Kingz will then create your exchange online and you will receive an order confirmation via email.

  • It will take approximately 1 - 2 business days for your order to be sent out if there are no delays.

If the requested exchange item is no longer in stock, we will revert to providing a refund back to the original form of payment.


*Exchange and Return window for Black Friday orders only will be extended until February 1st instead of the standard 30-day window.


Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the products listing page.

International Return

Step By Step Return Instructions

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in brand new condition (not used, washed or trained in). Please use the following link to complete the online return/exchange process: https://www.kingz.com/apps/redo/account/login

After submitting your request for a return on the link shared above, these are the next steps:

  1. Fold and pack your items neatly and place them back in the box that you received them in.  If your items did not come in a box please place them either in the envelope that you received it in or a padded manila envelope. 
  2.  Print the provided return packing slip or on a separate piece of paper and include it in your package. 
  3. Please ship items back with your preferred shipping company to the address below:

  4. Make sure to receive a tracking number from the shipping company of your choice. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail without a tracking number.
  5. Ship your items promptly upon receiving your RMA number. If items are received beyond the 30 day cut off we cannot issue your refund or store credit. Outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded.

After your item has been received and deemed in resalable condition we will email you confirmation and continue with the selected return method.

 Returns that are received and are not clearly marked with both the RMA# and customer name may experience processing delays.

*The item will not be accepted as a return if it is in poor condition, dirty, washed, or worn.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of items in resalable condition if they are returned within 35 days of the order date. You may choose from the following options:

  • Exchange the item (for U.S. orders only)
  • Receive a refund
  • Receive store credit

Please note: Return shipping charges are non-refundable if you arrange for shipping yourself.

Restocking Fees and Unacceptable Returns 

  • Items must be returned folded correctly, with tags and original packaging intact, to avoid restocking fees.
  • Items returned in original condition will not incur restocking fees.
  • Plastic bags for No-Gi shorts and rash guards do not need to be returned.

We cannot accept returns for items that are dirty, washed, worn, or in poor condition. In such cases, we will notify you to choose between reshipping the item (you will be responsible for the shipping fee) or having it discarded.

Important: RMA# Required

To avoid delays, always request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

Return Processing Timeline 

Returns are processed after the item arrives at our facility and passes inspection.  Please allow 5-7 business for the inspection process (excluding weekends and holidays).  Once completed, we will notify you with an update. 

If approved, the following actions will occur:

  • Exchange - The warehouse will process and ship your replacement within 1-3 business days. 
  • Refund - Issued to you original payment method.  It may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Store Credit - You will receive an email with a code to use future purchases.

If not approved, we will email you with further instructions.

How to Start a Return

Order Management

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make modifications to the order such as changing the size/color or adding/removing an item. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Shipping Address
  • Change of Name
  • Change size
  • Change color

We are also unable to modify the shipping address if an order has already been shipped and you have input the incorrect shipping address. You will need to contact the shipping carrier to ask for a change delivery method such as pick up if you would like to receive your order. Kingz customer service can ask the shipping carrier to update the address or have the order become a return to sender but this will come with a service fee.

You have 30 days from date of purchase and returning products must be in brand new resalable condition and cannot be worn, washed, or trained in.



Orders can only be cancelled if they were not yet prepared for shipment, and/or shipped.

In order for you to send us a request, please send an email to [email protected] and advise that you wish to cancel it and also provide your order number. Once we are able to verify if your order is eligible for cancellation, we will advise you.

This will guide you through all the steps necessary to complete the return/exchange process, along with providing a prepaid return label, on US orders only.

The return label that we provide will be given at no additional cost to you but applies to exchanges and store credit ONLY.

Please note, an $8.95 return label fee will be applied to any US return orders that have requested a refund to the original form of payment.

Any returns from international orders are only eligible for store credit and refunds, and we do not cover or reimburse you for return shipping costs that you pay out of pocket to return the item.

Unfortunately some orders are flagged by our shopping platform for payment review due to the information provided showing fraudulent characteristics.

These fraudulent characteristics can include but are not limited to:

- The IP address of your order

- Billing and/or shipping address is not correct

- Distance from order placed to shipping address

- Number of payment attempts

If you receive a request for Payment Verification, please provide the requested information within 48 hours in order for us to be able to proceed with your order, otherwise it will get cancelled and refunded. 

This is to protect our customers from scams in case the card is stolen or the information has been collected in a different way.

We apologize for the inconvenience but we do this to verify that the actual card used and the same person using the card are indeed legitimate.

Order Issues

In order for us to start the process, you will need to send us an email request with the following information attached:

-Order Number (KZxxxx)

- Photo of the invoice paper

- Photo of the barcode sticker on the item's bag

- Photo of the incorrect item received

Once we have the photos, we will look into your request and let you know of the next steps. 

*While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaceable due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can.



Lost packages

At KINGZ, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and any relevant details.


Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] as soon as you are able to upon receiving the order. Please include in your request some photos of the damaged item(s), package and order number.

We will review the provided documentation and will advise of the next steps in the process depending on the circumstances.

Yes! We offer the option of adding Order Protection with Redo to every order. It is at an additional cost and the amount is based on your order's price. The option for selection is available at checkout, and it will be available just below the subtotal. It is automatically selected, so if you do not wish to add insurance, you can simply press the button to remove it.

Our size charts are available for most gi models via the product listing online, please see below for location on the listing.

Below you will find the standard sizing charts, please note that each gi will have a different fit depending on the model of the gi.

If you are unable to locate the size chart, or need any assistance with sizing, please reach out to our team at our email [email protected] or chat and provide your height and weight so we can advise you of the best fitting size based on your measurements, and taking in consideration any preferences you may have.

Unfortunately, we do not offer mixed sizing or exchanges for mixed sizes for just the jacket or pants. All our gi's come in a set, therefore this option is not available. 

Kingz can only exchange for an entirely new size if the size you currently have does not fit you correctly.


The sizes will be based on regular youth sizing, they are as follows:

XS - 4

S - 6

M - 8

L - 10

XL - 12

Gi Sizing

To select the perfect gi size, you will need your height and weight and correspond it with the sizing chart provided online via the product listing.

Based on this general sizing chart, your weight (middle column) and height (right column) will need to correspond or match for the size on the left side.

If the sizing does not correspond or match and one measurement is under or over the suggested amount, you will either need to purchase a size larger or size smaller.

It is best to select the size for the measurement / number that is larger than the other.


Example:

If you are 180 lbs and 5'10" you are in the perfect size range for an A2.

If you are 160 lbs but are 6'0" you will have to size up to an A2L because of your height even though the A1 fits the weight range.


Kingz Fit

Kingz gi's are known to have a tapered / athletic fit to the gi's.

You will particularly notice a difference between Kingz and other branded gi's mostly in between the shoulders, sleeves, waist and rear areas.

If you believe you are broad shouldered or wider than the measurements provided for our gi's, we recommend going with "H" size to ensure a strong fit.

Washing and Shrinkage

Washing and Drying Instructions:

In order to keep your gi in great shape, we always recommend taking some extra care when washing and drying it. 

Washing

It's highly recommended that you wash your gi after each training session, do not let the gi sit in the sweat of your session to dry out, put in the washer ASAP! 

Always wash your gi on a cold water setting to avoid any shrinkage. Usually, you'll want to wash the gi by itself or with other gi's that are like colors, white with white / color with color - do not mix the white and colors as new gi colors will sometimes bleed. 

It's also recommended to not overuse the detergent; a small washing load requires a small dose of detergent. Some detergents will leave a trace of film if too much is used and therefore after some time the detergent will no longer penetrate the material. 

It's imperative that you DO NOT use bleach on the gi, this only breaks down the cotton fabric leading to eventual tears and rips.

Break down:

  • cold wash
  • wash with like colors
  • use correct amount of detergent
  • do not use bleach

Air Dry

Unless you’re actively trying to shrink your cotton gi, it's recommended that you hang / air dry after washing. This is more to maintain the longevity of the fibers than it is to address unwanted smells.

If you are drying any article of clothing high heat, you’re risking damage to the cotton and polyester fibers by tumble drying. Over time, and with repeated drying, this adds up and can cause the gi to tear and rip.

Air drying does tend to make your gi feel “crunchy” sometimes. If this bothers you, you can always toss it in the dryer on a no or low heat setting with a sheet of fabric softener.

Vinegar Soak

The best way to use vinegar with your gi's is to give them a good soak once or twice a month in a diluted mixture of distilled white vinegar and water. A few hours are fine but overnight is best. Then throw them in the wash to get rid of that “vinegary” smell to have your gi's looking as good as new!

Blood Stains

If you have blood stains on your gi's, whether from you or your sparring partner, you can always spot treat it with 3% hydrogen peroxide. Pour a small amount on the stain(s) and work into fabric by using a clean cloth or sponge. After spot treating is complete, toss in washer as normal.

Gi Shrinkage
Most of our gi's are going to be 100% cotton which means they will shrink once put in the washer and/or dryer. Please note, shrinkage is not guaranteed and will change from gi model to model and from gi to gi.

Cotton Gi's

100% cotton gi's will shrink anywhere from 2 - 4 inches depending on the washing instructions you have followed. In a cold wash cycle, most of gis will shrink about 2 inches and if the gi is put in the dryer could shrink up to 4 inches.

Pre-Shrunk Gi's

If you order a gi that is preshrunk such as the Balistico or Ultralight models, your gi should experience minimal shrinkage if put in the washer and/or the dryer. Kingz still does not recommend using the dryer unless absolutely necessary.

Customization and Product Details

If a gi has a free white belt included, it will advise on the product description. 

**If the FREE white belt is included, we are not able to change colors or update the size. The belt is part of the gi set.

We are currently only offering customization for wholesalers or customer who plan to purchase in bulk.

Kingz is not offering customizations for single items at this time.

Product Availability

We are always receiving replenishments for most of our items, but we are unable to provide date and time frames as there are a lot of variables that can change and alter delivery dates.

We currently do not have a notification system in place just yet but are working to implement this in the near future.

Kingz does not typically have active promo codes to provide to customers, but below are few options you can do to receive a promo code for your next order:

  • Subscribe to our newsletter for first time customers.
  • Review previous items you have purchased.
  • Find an athlete you'd like to support and use their promo code.
  • Leave an item in your cart and wait for a remainder email.

Please note, not all options are subject for a promo code as they may have stipulations to them.

If you have received a discount code via email and you are having issues applying it at checkout, please send us your name, email, a screenshot of your code showing the date you have received it, and a screenshot of the message you see once you try applying the code. Once we receive this information, we will look into it and help you out! 

Marketing promo codes usually have an expiration date of 3 days and a minimum order amount of $100 before taxes and shipping. If your cart does not meet these requirements, you will not be able to use the provided promo code.
